MORNING GLORY COOKING SCHOOL

The Morning Glory cooking school has garnered a well-deserved reputation over the years for its classes and was the first cooking school established in Hoi An. Owner and founder Ms Trinh Diem Vy is a third generation chef and native of Hoi An whose cooking classes have featured in various publications around the world. A highly passionate individual, Ms Vy has created six cooking class programs to suit all types of interested gastronomes; from beginner, to amateur, to professional. Among the cooking classes, the most interesting to be “Street Food” cuisine. Teaching chef Ms Vy explains, one by one, how each of the vegetables and herbs are used to create everyday Vietnamese or ‘street food’ cuisine

RED BRIDGE COOKING SCHOOL

The popular Red Bridge Cooking School offers half day, full day and evening programs everyday of the year. Highlights include a guided tour of Hoi An's colourful central market, boat trip on the Hoi An River, and hands on cooking class. The class is organized at natural atmosphere with visit herb garden and free to enjoy the lazy time at the swimming pool after the course.
