Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Van Giang Village for great cooking course in countryside. We visit the local village market then cook the lunch with host in a beautiful, typical house in the North, Vietnam.

Tour price: US$ 42/ person. Our tour inclusion local market visiting before boarding the boat. Welcome drink on arrival with 30 minutes cruising to a very quiet and nice place on Thu Bon river where will be anchored for two hours Hands-On cooking class.

On arrival the village, visit Chu Dong Tu Temple then continue to local market the gather and buy some ingredient for cooking. Walking through the village back to old house to prepare and cook the lunch with host.

Driving out Hanoi center to suburb with local guide, enjoy 30’ buffalo-cart on arrival the village for visiting temple. Take a rest at the temple for taste typical village snack. Driving to local home then go to garden for choosing ingredient for lunch as well as learning about some kind of herbs.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then start cooking day with our chef to the local market. We will cook and then feast at cooking center! Afternoon, driving to Ha Long Bay via Hai Duong with stop to tasty province special – Green Bean Cake. Check in hotel on arrival and free at your leisure. Overnight at hotel in Ha Long Bay.

Depart Hanoi early morning for Mai Chau, arriving Mai Chau Eco-lodge for check in procedure then deading to Poom Coong village for lunch with refresh in stilt-house. After lunch cycle to the Tai village of Cun Pheo on a mix of good single track paths and undulating rough jeep trails. The views are stunning as the ride passes through many villages and across the rice paddies. Pass hot spring, cycle cross suspension bridges and follow the contours round beautiful terraced rice fields

Depart from Hanoi at 8.00 to Duong Lam village. On arrival, take a rest at the host then biking to Phung Hung & Ngo Quyen temples, Stop on way to chatting and play with children at kinder garden. Having lunch at ancient house in the village.

Late afternoon, 5h30pm embarkation the boat for marvelous cruise on Thu Bon River, viewing the sunset, demos cooking, taste great food with drink follow. 20:00 disembarkation the boat for your free walking around colorful town. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.
