Exploring the temples and towers on arrival with tour guide...Enjoy the Cham dance performed at a small indoor theatre before driving to local market to buy and learn the ingredients for our cooking class on board. Embarkation the board around 12:00.

Depart from the hotel to village at around 08:30. Experience the rural countryside life around Hoi An to learn about diversity of fruits and vegetables such as: peanuts, jack and lipstick fruit, sweet potatoes, cotton, mulberry, lemongrass, beetle nut...

We start our discover day in Vi Da Xua Garden café shop. Enjoy peaceful moment with a cup of coffee, birds singings, blooming flowers… Continue to Dong Ba Market and lesser-known Bao Vinh, the older commercial area of Hue to experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of Hue. Driving to garden house, taking hands-on cooking class, then feast.

This tour is slice of life in Hoi An. You will have the opportunity to taste food from friendly locals, eat at places that you wouldn't think to eat because it is outside of your comfort zone and you will realize your big mistake when walking straight past and not give a second look to vendors.

Late afternoon, 5h30pm embarkation the boat for marvelous cruise on Thu Bon River, viewing the sunset, demos cooking, taste great food with drink follow. 20:00 disembarkation the boat for your free walking around colorful town. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.

We start the trip with biking to countryside around Hoi An to learn how herbs, fruit, vegetable and rice grows and enjoying the fresh air, peaceful scenery. Arrival harbour, boarding the boat to discover the traditional way of fishing around Cam Nam Island. Come back to cooking school with some ingredient that we bought at village and local market where no tourist come on the way of cycling, we start a hands-on cooking class.

Day 1: Da Nang Arrival – Hue City (D) We will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to Hue. Optional visit Marble Mountain or Cham Museum on the way. Passing through spectacular Hai Van Pass (Cloudy Pass), we arrival Hue for check in hotel and relax. We will have demos dinner this evening then overnight at hotel in Hue.
