Our car will pick you up at your hotel at 8:0AM. Leaving the bustling city of Saigon, we drive along the back roads on our way to Go Cong, a small village in the Mekong Delta. Along the way you will see many Vietnamese going about their lives as they have for hundreds of years: working in the rice paddies, farming and selling their wares in their tiny shops and storefronts.

Day 1: Saigon – Mekong Delta (L, D)

Start from your hotel in Saigon at 08:00. Driving to Cai Be in Mekong Delta. Embarkation the boat on arrival for boating to Mekong Lodge, check-in your private bungalows to relax then enjoy the lunch at the restaurant with great view of river.
Afternoon, walking to visit a coconut candy home manufactory and handicraft families in nearby village. This is chance to talking with local people, smile with children and immerging in tranquillity atmosphere in countryside.
Late afternoon, take part in cooking class at the lodge and feast your dinner with what you’ve cooked. Enjoy your peaceful night on the river & overnight at Mekong Lodge.

Day 2: Mekong Delta - Saigon (B, L)

Wake up early for breakfast at River View restaurant. 07:30 Boating to colorful Cai Be floating market, the typical culture of Mekong Delta with busy boats, exciting sounds, friendly people. Walking or cycling around Mekong Lodge and the island. Visit fruit orchard, talking with producer and host, freely picking and tasting mango, rambutan, longan…
Cruising back the lodge for a short biking around the peaceful path to discover rural life in Mekong Delta. Check out the lodge and having lunch at the restaurant then transfer to Cai be harbor, disembarkation for driving back Saigon.
