Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Night Gourmet Adventure (D)

We will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to hotel. Check in hotel on arrival for relax and relax and prepare energy for late afternoon street food, it the highly of the trip by discovering local daily life with the best street food and drink tasting according to local way. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Demonstration Cooking (B, L, D)

Have breakfast at the hotel then depart to Ha Long Bay with short break on way. Embarkation the board on arrival with welcome drink. The board start cruise around thousand limestone monolithic islands, each topped with thick jungle vegetation, which rises spectacularly from the ocean while enjoying your lunch.
Afternoon, it is time for your choice; swimming, kayaking, explore the most amazing bay by catamaran or simply laze on board the boat. Demonstration dinner today on board must be interesting.
Overnight on board.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi – Lao Cai - Sapa (B, L, D)

Enjoy light breakfast on board then visit Amazing cave. Brunch will be served at the time cruising back the habour.
11:30 disembarkation the junk for cruising back Hanoi. Check in mini hotel for relax and bathing.
18:00 Have dinner at local with Hanoi’s specialty then driving to Hanoi Railway Station at 19:45 for night train to Sapa Overnight on train.

Day 4: Lao Cai – Sapa – Colorful Hill Tribe Market (B, L, D)

Arrival Lao Cai Railway Station very early in the morning, guide & car welcome at the station for breakfast then driving to visit colorful market – it is really different and unique, we will purchase some ingredient for our demonstration cooking lunch. Afternoon, transfer to Sapa for an interesting wondering with tasting night steamy snack – that you should not missed as it is one of element for Sapa’s style. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.

Street food in Sapa: From 18:30 – 20:30

Day 5: Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi (B, L, D)

Breakfast at the hotel then take a trip to Ta Van village, overlooking the Muong Hoa river valley and surrounded by Minority villages and terraced rice paddies, with a view of Fan Si Pan, Vietnam’s highest mountain. Demonstration lunch with specialties of Sapa.
Afternoon free for walking Ham Rong Park or local market for last minute shopping before transfer to Lao Cai for dinner. Take the night train back Hanoi at 19:30. Overnight on train.

Day 6: Hanoi Arrival – City Tour & Street Food (B, D)

Arrival Hanoi in very early morning around 05:00, transfer to visit Flower Night Market – that organized from 2am – 6:30am, enjoy fresh air, admire beautiful flower, discover the different world of local people. Have Pho (noodle with beef or chicken) for breakfast then take it easy at your leisure. Check in the hotel for relax (early check upon available or request).
Afternoon, take a half day Hanoi city tour with visiting French Quarter; Old Quarter Hanoi and some other can’t missed sights while enjoy some great street food in the Old Quarter. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 7: Ha Noi Departure (B)

This day, you are free at your leisure or shopping until transfer to the airport for flight out.
