Ingredient: How to cook: - Squids cleaned, drained, slice into pieces about 3cm, make flower form. - Lemon grass plan cut thin. - Green peppers remove seeds, cut into fibers. - Green onions cut into pieces long about 6cm. - Put squids in the bowl, marinate with 1 teaspoons sugar, seasoning about 15 minutes. - Then stir squids with green onion, pepper, chopped lemon grass.. Put all squids in bowl and steam about 10 minutes. Enjoy: - Make ginger sauce: dissolve ½ teaspoons sugar with fish sauce, add chopped ginger and grinded pepper. - Lay squids on dishes, enjoy with ginger sauce :D. |
