Seaweed steam with Shrimp

Seaweed steam with ShrimpTo keep tomatoes when cut not loss so much water, after remove water. You should put in ice about 10 minutes.

To keep tomatoes when cut not loss so much water, after remove water. You should put in ice about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 40 g of seaweed
- 200g shrimps
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon seasoning beans
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

How to cook:

-  Seaweed soak until bloom a little, put in lemon juice to increase crispness, take out, soak in warm water in hurry.

-  Clean tomatoes, drain, put in freezer for about 8 – 10 minutes. Take shrimps out, remove shell, head and tail, use knife to remove “ the black fiber” on the back of shrimp.

-  Put seaweed in dish, mix with seasoning, pepper and cooking oil, put shrimp on, then put in steamer to steam in about 10 minutes.

Enjoy:

Seaweed and shrimp are ready to eat, put tomatoes in and mix, lay on dish. Enjoy now!
