is a very exciting rustic food. Bitter snails are cleaned mud , soak
for several hours with rice water for releasing residue, slime in the mouth,
bringing to clean and then put in pot to
boil with a littlelemon grass leaves, guava leaves for fragrance, about 10
minutes later you see snails shed, poured out basket, drain, using hard
toothpicks , sharp thorns to get gut out and put in a bowl (If you want fast
food, you can soak the basin snails bitter water with vinegar mix). Xiem banana flower and Hot banana flower
finely chopped and soaked, squeeze a
piece of lemon to make banana pale
white, not black. Then, lightly squeeze the banana drain, sprinkle a half cup
of vinegar in the salad , a few pieces of garlic, peppers and less seasoning.
