You will deeply discover Hanoi food, culture and lifestyle from big city to tranquility suburb, from bustle market in the city center to friendly and peaceful market in countryside….

These courses take you through the finest Vietnam traditional food, street food and specially visit colorful local market and tasting amazing Hanoi street food. The itinerary is mixture that will help you sometimes feel freely to driving in to local life and also joining with professional hands-on cooking classes. Cooking classes take place at beautiful cooking centers with both friendly Vietnamese Chef and professional Australian chef – Ms Tracey. They are all have comfortable kitchen that you prepare your incredible feast in is cozy and inviting.

We will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to hotel. The rest of day is cycle tour in the Old Quarter – great for taking in the heaving atmosphere that is Hanoi – otherwise take it easy. We will celebrate the first night with drinks and a very special local Hanoi dish of Cha Ca La Vong in Hanoi

Today is a day of discovery. We will go on a bike tour (or car if you prefer) to a local village co-operative through the rice fields to see vegetables and herbs being grown for the markets. We will wind our way back to town stopping for a few more little local snacks along the way. Tonight is dinner on a boat on the river done by local legendary restaurant.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Van Giang Village for great cooking course in countryside. We visit the local village market then cook the lunch with host in a beautiful, typical house in the North, Vietnam.

Tour price: US$ 42/ person. Our tour inclusion local market visiting before boarding the boat. Welcome drink on arrival with 30 minutes cruising to a very quiet and nice place on Thu Bon river where will be anchored for two hours Hands-On cooking class.

Saigon also looks much different at night than it does in the daytime and Saigon by night tours cruise beyond District 1 and introduce the other areas that tourists would not otherwise venture to.
